Elon Musk Says He'd Like to Live in a Container Home

Elon Musk, one of the richest people in the world today with thousands of trillions of dollars, may already feel like living to the fullest in a luxury residence. Right now he decided to live in a small rented house, it might be called a rented house.
Musk says he's happy to stay there. "My primary residence is literally a $50,000 house in Boca Chica, which I rent from SpaceX. This house is amazing," he wrote recently on Twitter.

The house in Texas is very small, like a box, created by a startup called Boxabl as an inexpensive modular living solution. The size is about 6 x 6 meters. Coincidentally, the location is close to the SpaceX research center. Presumably, SpaceX rented it out as a residence for employees and apparently the CEO as well.

Further, Musk stated that he currently only owns one house in the Bay Area, California. Possible residence of lover and child.

"The only house I own is in the Bay Area. If I sell it, it probably won't get much use, unless it's bought by a big family, which might happen one day," wrote Elon Musk.

Not long ago, Musk admitted that he wanted to sell his luxury residence. Earlier this year, he sold at once three units of luxury houses located in the elite area of Bel Air in California. He had reached a sale agreement with the buyer by Christmas yesterday.

Musk tweeted in May that he would sell most of his property and would not own a home. The reason? Because he wants to find freedom.

"I am selling almost all physical property. Will not own a home," Elon Musk tweeted at the time. At the time, he also revealed plans to move from California to Texas, a state that does not impose a personal income tax.
