TeamViewer has officially become the main sponsor of the Manchester United (MU) jersey replacing Chevrolet. What is TeamViewer?
Apparently, TeamViewer is a technology company of German origin. They specialize in software that provides remote connectivity and solutions for digitizing the workplace.
The company incorporates cutting -edge technologies, such as Augmented Reality (AR), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and the Internet of Things (IoT) as the solutions they offer to their users.
By leveraging the TeamViewer solution, users can access, operate, manage, monitor and repair any device remotely, be it a laptop, mobile phone, machine or industrial robot.
The TeamViewer solution allows people or companies to work and interact digitally, which is considered more effective, even if they are separated remotely.

“This collaboration with Manchester United is a key milestone in shaping TeamViewer’s perception as a global technology brand,” said TeamViewer CEO Oliver Steil.
In addition, TeamViewer will also support the digitization process at Man United. For example, plans to incorporate AR solutions in training and rehabilitation, and enhance the fan experience through AR content on smart glasses or remote access to Old Trafford.
“This will strengthen our broad portfolio of solutions and explain how we create a better world of work,” Steil said.
It is estimated that the collaboration contract between MU and TeamViewer is worth 235 million pounds for the next five years. The contract is claimed to be the largest in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic, which can be matched by the collaboration between Rakuten and Barcelona. United are estimated to earn £ 47 million each season from TeamViewer.
