Realme will collaborate with Kodak on HP's latest mobile phone

Realme is rumored to be collaborating with Kodak for its latest flagship phone, the Realme GT Master Edition.
A number of sources say that Realme asked Kodak to 'lend' its expertise in the field of photography to help them in designing mobile phone cameras.

It is also said that Kodak has decided to accept Realme's proposal and a collaboration between the two will be announced in the near future.

Earlier, Realme VP Xu Qi posted a photo on Weibo and mentioned that the photo was taken using an unreleased product. But vaguely, the name of the product can still be seen from the watermark on the lower right, which is Realme GT Master Edition.

Then Digital Chat Station said that Realme is preparing to collaborate with a photography company, and the GT Master Edition will be the first phone from the collaboration.

Other sources say that the company in question is Kodak, a company that manufactures various photographic products, which has been bankrupt since 2012. Now Kodak is a company that focuses on software and tools for commercial printing solutions.

In 2015, Kodak actually launched a mobile phone called the IM5. A year later they released another phone called Ektra.

The Extra is a phone with a rear camera that has a 21MP 1 / 2.3 "sensor and a lens with an aperture of f / 2.0, 6-axis OIS and the ability to record 4K video. The shape is quite interesting, because it has a very large lens compared to other phones of its time.

The phone has a 5-inch 1080p screen and uses the Helio X20 as its brain. It has 3GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage that can be expanded using microSD. The price at that time was around USD 400.
