The Latest Electrolux Refrigerators Bring Food Freshness Lock Features


 Electrolux strives to make its refrigerator able to maintain the freshness of food ingredients. For this reason, they created two new features that were presented in the recently released UltimateTaste series refrigerator.

The two features in question are TasteLockAuto to keep vegetables and fruit fresh for longer, and TasteSeal to keep fish, chicken, and meat fresh for longer.


The TasteLockAuto feature is a blue seal technology that maintains the moisture content of vegetables and fruit. The auto humidity in the refrigerator helps maintain humidity properly so that vegetables and fruit are kept fresh.



The TasteLockAuto feature is in Electrolux UltimateTaste refrigerator products with a capacity of 300 Liters and above. This feature takes advantage of the refrigerator temperature which is maintained at a level of around -2 degrees Celsius.


The TasteLockAuto feature is also equipped with a smart HDPE sheet that keeps moisture and gases from entering easily, thereby automatically releasing excess moisture to minimize condensation, and stop fruit and vegetable spoiling early.


   

"Vegetables and fruit that stay fresh will retain their nutrients. Vegetables and fruit can be stored longer for cooking or juicing, and stay fresh to enjoy. The step of using fresh vegetables and fruit for longer helps consumers to manage grocery shopping more efficiently reducing waste foodstuffs," explained Hendra.


Meanwhile, the TasteSeal feature can keep the freshness, texture, taste, water content of fish, chicken, or meat in top condition for up to 7 days without freezing. Generally, consumers have to move fish, chicken, or meat from the freezer to the bottom of the refrigerator. We need time to wait for fish, chicken, or meat to no longer freeze.


Sometimes consumers forget that there is food that is stored in the lower refrigerator until the food finally rots and must be thrown away. The TasteSeal feature helps consumers overcome this.


It is enough to store fish, chicken, or meat in the TasteSeal tray, and then remove it when the consumer is ready to cook. Save time, because consumers don't have to take long to thaw fish, chicken, or meat because they are still frozen, they can be cooked right away.


Thanks to the TasteSeal feature, consumers do not need to go through the thaw or defrosting process which makes cooking time faster, and food ingredients remain hygienic because at a temperature of -2 degrees Celsius bacteria cannot thrive.
