When launching the Poco X3 GT, Poco compared its newest phone with a number of other phones. What are the specifications comparison?
In the presentation, there are a number of phones being compared. The name is indeed disguised, but it's not difficult to guess the names of these phones, namely Samsung Galaxy A72, Vivo V21 5G, and Oppo Reno6.
What's the comparison like?
System on a chip and 5G
Of the phones being compared, Poco is promised the most superior because it uses the Dimensity 1100 5G. There is also the Vivo V21 5G which also supports 5G networks and uses a SoC from MediaTek, but lower, namely Dimensity 800.
While the other two phones are still using Snapdragon 720G from Qualcomm. This seems to be what makes Poco proud of the Poco X3 GT, as well as fast UFS 3.1 storage.
Big battery and fast charger
The 5,000 mAh battery and 65W charger are also the mainstays of the Poco X3 GT, while the three phones compared have lower maximum power and lower battery capacity.
Only the Galaxy A72 has a 5,000mAh battery, while the V21 5G has 4000mAh and the Reno6 has a 4310mAh battery. Likewise with the maximum power of the charger, Reno6 50W, V21 5G 33W, and Galaxy A72 25W. Poco boasts of this 65W charger because according to them it is usually only available in flagship phones, which are much more expensive.
Screen
The screen sector is also championed by Poco, although it still uses an IPS panel -- other phones use Super AMOLED --, but the X3 GT screen has a 120Hz refresh rate and a 240Hz touch sampling rate. Also covered by Gorilla Glass Victus, which again, is usually found in flagship phones.
The screen size of the X3 GT itself is 6.6 inches with FHD + resolution. Oh yes, the competitor mentioned in the presentation has a screen with a refresh rate of 90Hz.
