7 Characters and Actors in Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City

The first trailer for Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City has recently been released on Youtube. Reportedly, many fans were excited by the short video footage.

Because, what was presented did not meet their expectations. Many fans are pessimistic and don't expect more from the full version that will air on November 24.

Most of them are concerned about the resemblance of the actors, who played the characters from the game in Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City. The following is a list of celebrities who will appear in this zombie film, as quoted by us from Screenrant. You know, Resident Evil has had hard-line fans for years.

Resident Evil Characters and Actors: Welcome to Raccoon City

Chris Redfield

This former retainer of the United States Air Force, had lost his parents before 1998. He received flight training for planes and helicopters during his service.

After leaving the Air Force, Chris was scouted in 1996 by the Special Tactics and Rescue Service (STARS), the law enforcement unit in Raccoon City. In this film, he is played by Robbie Amell, known for his roles as Ronnie Raymond in The Flash and Stephen Jameson in The Tomorrow People. The costumes and looks are the same.

Jill Valentine

After successfully playing Ava in Ant-Man and the Wasp, Hannah John-Kamen, was trusted to play Jill Valentine. Fans can find it, in the first Resident Evil series.

Valentine originally served in the United States Army. Then some time in 1996, he was recruited by Albert Wesker, to join STARS. Well, Jill Valentine's looks are a bit different.

Albert Wesker

Albert Wesker is a double agent of the Umbrella Corporation on the STARS Alpha team. The cool charm, will be played by Tom Hopper, who is famous for his skills as Luther Hargreeves at The Umbrella Academy.

But unfortunately, Hopper's presence does not fully describe the resemblance of the original character. Looks more muscular figure without glasses, with a short hairstyle, different from the slim version of the game.

Richard Aiken

This character with a tough personality protects others, played by Chad Rook. However, it seems that the profession in film has changed.

Aiken is known as the STARS Alpha team, assigned to the communications unit Bravo. However, in Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City, its role is clear as a support team when carrying out operations.

Leon S Kennedy

Leon S Kennedy is one of the playable characters in Resident Evil 2. Avan Jogia, an actor of Indian descent, has a golden opportunity to play the iconic man.

It's just that, what is seen in the trailer, does not describe the similar form of this character. From all aspects, only the middle parting hairstyle is the same. Hmmm, Leon is played by an actor of Indian descent, okay, we'll see. For costumes there are color adjustments, but it's still okay.

Claire Redfield

Claire Redfield is the younger sister of Chris Redfield, played by Kaya Scodelario. He and his brother, caught in the middle of a Biohazard outbreak and encouraged them, to fight the threat of Bio Organic Weapons.

According to the trailer, Claire returns to Raccoon City, to help her sister uncover Umbrella's darkest secrets. There, he will be assisted by other characters, such as Leon S Kennedy and members of STARS. The color of the costume is the same, but the model is different from the game.

Lisa Trevor

Of all the characters, even the villain character is the most accurate replica of Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City. The shape of the body and some stitches on the face, make it look scary, but look similar to the real thing.

Her role was taken by Mariza Mazepa, a horror actress, who has acted in several films, including Malignant and The Unholy. Well, if this is the case, the fans seem to agree that they are similar.
