WhatsApp & Instagram Down, This is Facebook's Word

WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook services went down at the same time. The company owned by Mark Zuckerberg has given a brief statement regarding the matter.

Through a Twitter account, Facebook admits that some of its users have difficulty accessing the application and its products. They are currently investigating the cause of the problem.

"We're working to get things back to normal as quickly as possible, and we apologize for the inconvenience," wrote the Facebook account.

WhatsApp's Twitter account has also been twittering about problems that occur in its service. Like Facebook, they are investigating the root cause of the disturbances that occur to users around the world.

"We are aware that some people are having problems with WhatsApp at this time. We are working on getting things back to normal and will post an update here as soon as possible," said the WhatsApp account.

"Thank you for your patience!" he concluded.

Previously, netizens around the world reported that WA, IG and FB services were down. When accessing the third application, connecting... appears at the top.

Sure enough, when we monitored the Downdetector page, all three services were experiencing problems.

Reports began to crowd in at 23.00 WIB. Besides Indonesia, neighboring countries such as Malaysia, Singapore and others also experienced the same thing.

To date, thousands of reports have been submitted to the Downdetector page. The problem with connecting to the server is what WhatsApp users complain about the most. In addition, they claimed they could not receive messages.

Meanwhile, many Instagram users complain that they can't update their news feed. Even some of the others claimed not to be able to log-in.
