MediaTek is preparing its latest flagship chipset which is predicted to be the world's first 4nm mobile chipset. Although not yet launched, this chipset has already set an astonishing record.
This new MediaTek chipset has just dropped by on the AnTuTu benchmark platform. Through screenshots shared by tipsters Digital Chat Station and Ice Universe, it was revealed that this chipset managed to score over 1 million points, to be exact, 1,002,220.
The mysterious phone that uses that chipset is the Vivo V2184, which is most likely a new generation X series phone. The MediaTek chipset used carries the MT 6983 code, which is rumored to be Dimensity 2000.
With this score, the Vivo phone is the first Android phone to have a benchmark score above 1 million. For comparison, the fastest Android phone in the current version of AnTuTu is the Red Magic 6 with a score of 858,734.

According to AnTuTu benchmark data, currently the device that can score above 1 million points is the iPad Pro with the Apple M1 chipset, as quoted from GSM Arena, Monday (15/11/2021).
But from the screenshot it can be seen that the benchmark results are called 'abnormal' and have not been verified. Digital Chat Station says this is reasonable for benchmark tests using unit tests.
Based on information from Digital Chat Station, Dimensity 2000 will use Cortex-X2 3.0 cores, three Cortex-A710, and four A-510 cores. While the graphics will be handled by the ARM Mali-G710 MC10 GPU.
It is not yet known when MediaTek will announce the Dimensity 2000. With this benchmark score, the competition between Dimensity 2000, Exynos 2200, and Snapdragon 898 is certainly interesting to watch.
