Youtuber MrBeast Will Present Squid Game in Real World


MrBeast, a famous Youtuber from the United States (US), is working on replicas of all Squid Game properties. He plans to make something similar, from the South Korean film series.

"Remaking Squid Games turned out to be more expensive than I thought. But it seems to stop now, I've gone too far to make it. Wishing 456 contestants success next week," wrote MrBeast on Twitter.

From the tweet, it invited many reactions from netizens. They also questioned the basic rules in the Squid Game, where the losing participants will die. It's just, MrBeast doesn't want to say much, about it and it's still a secret.

The plan to make a game similar to the Netflix original series, was conveyed by MrBeast in a short 8-second video on TikTok. He challenges all users of this video platform, if it reaches 10 million likes, then he will recreate Squid Game.

In fact, it doesn't take long, the uploaded video has reached more than 15 million likes in a day. This 74 million-subscriber YouTuber finally keeps his promise and participants will be randomly selected from TikTok followers.

The popularity of Squid Games itself, has spread throughout the world. It even inspired some developers, to create something similar in video games.

One of them is in the online game Roblox and the latest on Steam, entitled Crab Game. This video game, is available for free and has received super positive reviews from players.

The series, starring Lee Jung Jae as Seong Gi Hun, has been watched by more than 111 million people. Although, the position as the number one film on Netflix has been shifted by Arcane, animation from Riot Games.

The good news, director and creator Hwang Dong Hyuk, revealed that Squid Game Season 2 will be worked on. Even so, he could not reveal the details of the storyline that was carried.
