A line of tablets launched in 2021 has various specifications and prices. Some are aimed at professionals, and some are designed to support children's education.

Xiaomi Pad 5

After a long time not releasing a tablet on the market, Xiaomi is back with its newest tablet Xiaomi Pad 5.


The Xiaomi Pad 5 uses an 11-inch IPS panel with a WQHD + resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. There are also quad stereo speakers that support Dolby Atmos, and the screen also supports Dolby Vision and HDR10.


For the brain, Xiaomi chose the Snapdragon 860 chipset paired with 6GB RAM and 256GB storage. The battery has a capacity of 8,720 mAh with 22.5W fast charging.


Xiaomi Pad 5 is also equipped with a 13 MP main camera that can be used to scan documents. The 8 MP front camera with 1080p resolution can produce clearer video quality during online meetings.


iPad Pro M1

The 2021 iPad Pro is even more powerful thanks to the M1 chip. Apple claims this chip delivers 50% higher performance than the previous generation.


Apple also pinned RAM up to 16GB. While the internal memory has a capacity of up to 2TB with performance that is twice as fast.


This tablet, which is intended for professionals, comes in two sizes, namely 11 inches and 12.9 inches. The 11-inch iPad Pro variant carries a Liquid Retina Display with a resolution of 2388 x 1688 pixels and supports HDR. While the 12.9-inch variant uses a Liquid Retina XDR Display with a resolution of 2732 x 2048 pixels.

Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite


In June 2021, Samsung launched the Galaxy Tab A7 Lite tablet in Indonesia.


The Galaxy Tab A7 Lite has an 8.7-inch screen with a resolution of 800 x 1340 pixels. The screen has a 5:3 ratio and an 81.1% screen-to-body ratio.



Samsung powers this tablet with the MediaTek Helio P22T chipset paired with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory. A 5,100 mAh battery and 15W fast charging round out the performance.
