The standard plan goes up USD 1.50 to USD 15.49 per month and the premium plan which offers the ability to watch streaming in 4K quality and up to four screens at once, will now cost you USD 19.99 per month which is an increase of USD 2 from the previous cost .
Netflix said that the new prices will apply to new subscribers, but will also apply to all existing subscribers in the future.
"Those who have already subscribed will get an email 30 days before this change takes effect that will give them the opportunity to change their subscription or cancel their plan completely." Netflix says
