Samsung has a line of smartphones that have a number of different features and advantages. One of them is the Galaxy A series which is said to carry the premium concept across its variants.
Samsung has released several new series from the Galaxy A Series line. The three phones are the Galaxy A12, Galaxy A22 and A22 5G, and the Galaxy A52 AND A72 5G. What are the features and advantages that Samsung offers in the latest Galaxy A series? Here's the review.
Galaxy A12
The Galaxy A12 is an entry-level phone from Samsung which was released at the end of 2020. This device is equipped with a 6.5-inch screen with HD + resolution and a screen-to-body ratio of up to 82.1%.
Samsung provides a cellphone with 4 rear cameras configured with a 48 MP wide camera, 5 MP ultra wide camera, 2 MP macro camera, and a 2 MP depth camera. On the front there is an 8 MP camera.
The innards are supported by the Mediatek MT6765 Helio P35 chipset combined with 3/4/6 GB RAM and 32/64/128 GB ROM whose ROM can be increased with a micro SD slot. This performance is supported by a 5,000 mAh Li-Po battery with a 15 W Fast Charging feature.
Galaxy A22 & A22 5G
Other A Series variants are the Galaxy A22 LTE and A22 5G. For the A22 LTE, Samsung embeds a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED screen with HD + resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. This phone also has a screen-to-body ratio of up to 84.3%.
Samsung also provided the Galaxy A22 LTE with 4 rear cameras with a 48 MP main camera configuration equipped with OIS, 8 MP ultra-wide lens, 2 MP depth and 2 MP macro. On the front, there is a 13 MP selfie camera.
Regarding performance, this cellphone is powered by the Helio G80 chip with the Android 11 operating system. Samsung also provides two options, namely 4 GB and 6 GB RAM. Likewise the internal memory, there are 64 GB and 128 GB.
While its twin, the Galaxy A22 5G, does not have a difference in terms of appearance. This phone carries a 6.6-inch LCD screen with Full HD + resolution supported by a 90Hz refresh rate.
There are 3 cameras that Samsung has prepared in this 5G phone, with the composition of a 48 MP main camera coupled with a 5 MP ultra-wide lens, and a depth of 2 MP. There is also an 8 MP camera for selfie needs.
Innards, Samsung planted the MediaTek MT6833 Dimensity 700 5G chipset as the heart of this 5G cellphone. There are three RAM options provided, namely 4 GB, 6 GB and 8 GB. While the internal memory is available with a choice of 64 GB and 128 GB which is equipped with a microSD slot up to 1 TB.
Galaxy A52s 5G
The next A Series variant that can be an option is the A52s 5G which is designed with a body that is comfortable in the hand. The back is quite gahar and eccentric with a prominent camera circle.
On the front, the Galaxy A52s 5G is equipped with a Super Amoled screen with a refresh rate of 120Hz with a brightness of 800 nits, so it will still be visible even under the sun. The screen is also quite wide with 6.5 inch Full HD + and the screen-to-body ratio is up to 84.9%.
The screen also adopts a punch hole at the top, but is kept as minimal as possible so it's not too distracting when watching. This phone is also quite compact with dimensions of 159.9 x 75.1 x 8.4 mm and weighs 189 g, making it comfortable to hold.
This official Presidential Cup phone is equipped with the Qualcomm SM7325 Snapdragon 778G 5G chipset with the Android 11 operating system. This phone is also equipped with the RAM Plus feature which allows Galaxy A52s 5G users to increase RAM capacity up to 4GB.
Because this phone comes with 6GB and 8GB RAM options, it means that the Galaxy A52s 5G can increase its RAM to 10GB and 12GB. This feature allows users to optimize the performance of the phone while playing games.
There are 4 cameras that Samsung has prepared in this 5G phone, with the composition of a 64 MP main camera, 12 MP ultra wide camera, 5 MP depth camera and 5 MP macro. On the front there is a 32 MP selfie camera which of course can produce great selfie photos.
The Galaxy A52s is also supported by a 4,500 mAh battery with a 25 W fast charging feature. For body durability, Samsung has also provided it with an IP67 certification which allows this phone to withstand splashes of water. The screen is also embedded with Gorilla Glass 5.
