Sophisticated Galaxy Watch 4, Can Calculate Body Composition-Heart Rate

Last August, Samsung not only released 2 of its newest foldable phones, but also 1 of its newest IoT devices. The device is the Galaxy Watch 4 series which brings several advantages, what are they?

In terms of design, the Watch 4 series, which consists of the Watch 4 LTE and the Classic, has less significant differences. Watch 4 Series carries a more sporty design with its aluminum body. The Watch 4 Classic uses stainless steel and a rotating bezel.

In terms of size, the Galaxy Watch 4 comes in sizes of 40 and 44 mm. While the Classic version has 42 and 46 mm options. Amazingly, these two IoT devices are equipped with 5ATM+IP68 for water and dust resistance.

Samsung also installed a screen with a high resolution and additional memory up to 16 GB. The Watch 4 series is also equipped with the Exynos 920 which has 5 nm fabrication combined with 1.5 GB of RAM.

Amazingly, Samsung seems to offer a device that can support human life. Yes, this device brings improvements to its smartwatch hardware.

On the back is installed the Samsung BioActive Sensor which combines three sensors into one, namely heart rate, electrical heart sensor (ECG) and Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis sensor (BIA).

With this feature, Galaxy Watch 4 users can monitor their blood pressure, detect AFiB irregular heartbeats, measure blood oxygen levels anytime and anywhere. Sophisticated isn't it?

Not only that, the Galaxy Watch 4 series is the first smartwatch that can calculate the composition of the human body. Users can see skeletal muscle, basal metabolic rate, body fat, BMI and body water instantly.

To further make users fit, Samsung also provides a Home Training feature that allows users to connect the Watch 4 to a Samsung Smart TV.

Eits, it doesn't stop there, this IoT also has Advanced Sleep Management which has the ability to detect snoring and monitor oxygen in the blood. On the other hand, because it uses Wear OS, users can install third-party apps.

Different from their predecessors, the Galaxy Watch 4 and Watch 4 Classic operating systems no longer use Tizen. Instead, Samsung adopted WearOS with the OneUI interface in collaboration with Google.

WearOS on this device is considered to bring many advantages for users. Because with this operating system, the Galaxy Watch 4 series is easier to use and more seamless.

Thanks to the collaboration of the two, the Galaxy Watch 4 Series can run Google applications more easily. For example the Google Maps app, users can set up and follow navigation directly from the watch.

Wear OS on the Galaxy Watch 4 series also offers a seamless connection between the watch and phone thanks to the Auto Installation feature. Settings on your phone and smartwatch will also be instantly synced, as will the media player settings.

The 40mm variant of the Galaxy Watch 4 will be available in Black and Pink Gold, while the 44mm variant will be offered in Black, Silver, and Green.

Galaxy Watch 4 Classic is also available (Bluetooth) and (LTE). The Bluetooth version is available in Black and Silver, while the LTE version is available in Black.

This gadget will also be more complete by using 3 other devices that are launched simultaneously. The three devices are the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3, Galaxy Z Flip3, and Galaxy Buds2. All three are already available in the market.
