League of Legends: Wild Rift together with Tencent Games Indonesia, held a number of activities during the month of Ramadan 1443H, including a push rank event with prizes of hundreds of millions of rupiah.
The series of activities held by Wild Rift include Push Rank events or increasing character rankings or levels, entertainment content for the Wild Rift web series, to the Wild Rift Indonesia community tournament, which is held from the beginning of the fasting month until Eid al-Fitr 1443H.
"Riot Games believes that Ramadan is a month full of victories. Therefore, this year, we came up with the theme Days of Victory to celebrate with League of Legends: Wild Rift," said Resha Pradipta, Country Manager for Riot Games Indonesia and Malaysia, in a statement received by us.
"We invite MOBA lovers in Indonesia to run the month of Ramadan with victory together with friends and family. We hope that through the activities we have prepared, we can grow and strengthen the Wild Rift community in Indonesia," he added.
League of Legends: Wild Rift - Race to Challenger
The first activity introduced by Wild Rift was Race to Challenger. Starting on April 4 - 27, Race to Challenger will have 300 people competing to reach the Challenger Rank, the highest rank in the Wild Rift. Participants will compete for a total prize of up to IDR 198 million.
Ramadan Web Series
Wild Rift Indonesia also presented its first Ramadan Web Series. This web series involves 3 top gaming content creators in Indonesia, namely, Dyland Pros, Kemas Pake Z, and EJ Gaming.
The web series, entitled "Toxic Ga Asix", has 3 episodes and will be broadcast on Wild Rift Indonesia's YouTube and Facebook channels on April 2, 9 and 16, 2022.
League of Legends: Wild Rift Community Intercity Tournament
In League of Legends: Wild Rift Intercity Tournament there is a total prize of IDR 114.5 million that is up for grabs. The tournament will be held on April 15 -17, and registration is open from March 25 to April 11.
The Wild Rift Community Intercity Tournament is open specifically for the following regions in Indonesia: Bali, Banten, DI Yogyakarta, Greater Jakarta, West Java, Central Java, East Java, Central Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, Southeast Kalimantan, Maluku, Sulawesi, and Sumatra.
The best team that won the Wild Rift Community Intercity Tournament 2022 also had the opportunity to play with celebrities, key opinion leaders, and pro-players in the Wild Rift Days of Victory fun match event on April 23, 2022.
