The average gamer spends up to USD 58 thousand, how much does your child spend?

All Home Connections, an international telecommunications company, conducted a survey of 1,000 gamers in America. The results are quite surprising, where they spend money to play games, up to USD 58 thousand during their lifetime.

On average, players spend around USD 76 per month. Well, from the data presented, it can be seen that millennials spend more money than other generations, such as Gen Z, Gen X and Boomers.

Generation Y, using an amount of money up to USD 86 per month. Where for one year, you can spend USD 1,032 and a total of USD 66,048 or during his life, reported by us from The Gamer, Tuesday (26/4/2022).

This makes sense, given the lives of millennials who mostly have more money, than Gen Z. Plus, they too have lived and grown before, in the era of gaming becoming a multi-billion dollar industry.

While the bottom position is filled by Boomers. It seems that this generation is too busy spending money on traveling or getting fitter with fitness.

Within a month, this fairly old group has spent USD 52 per month. Then when added up, the numbers touch USD 624 per year and USD 39,936 for life.

For the second place, there is Gen Z, with a monthly expenditure of USD 80. Where the total for one year is up to USD 960 and USD 61,440 for life.

Moving to third place, Gen X is also willing to spend up to USD 62/month. With a total of USD 744 per year and USD 47,616 during his lifetime.

That is indeed the result of a survey in the United States. Different countries, of course, different spending. But it might not be wrong to check how much money your child spends playing online games. Don't let unnecessary waste occur!
