Google Assistant Can Now Help Users Change Passwords On Selected Websites

In Android, there is a built -in password manager that can store usernames and passwords. Users are free to see what is saved and it also supports automatic login.

This password manager is also built -in to the Chrome web browser, if there is a website that requires signing in - this feature will help users. Most recently, this password manager was built directly into Google Assistant.

In the Google Play Services v22.18 update, if a user browses the web through Chrome and the system detects a password intrusion - there will be a window asking you to change the password automatically using Google Assistant.

Once pressed, Google Assistant will take the user to the website's account settings page and will help the user to change the password. This feature however is not supported on all websites and only on selected websites.

In the Google Assistant settings there is also no option to enable this feature. This is a rather interesting feature and will help many people. But if it is limited, there are still many password managers that can be used.
