Intel CEO Says Supply Chain Problems Will Last Until 2024

Intel CEO Pat Gelsinger now predicts the supply chain problem will last until 2024 compared to his original prediction it will end in 2023. In an interview with CNBC's TechCheck, he said the current lack of equipment will make the current supply chain problem worse.

Various foundry companies began to open new chip factories and as a result the demand for equipment and machinery suffered supply chain problems. The supply chain problem started due to a pandemic but is now becoming more serious as demand has increased again with so many countries starting to reopen economic sectors. With equipment made in China now shutting down the manufacturing sector in Shenzen, the problem is now getting worse.
