Meta is now reportedly looking to cancel a number of projects under Reality Labs. For the record, Reality Labs is a division under Meta that focuses on metamesta development - and has been using the recent high spending for development purposes.
It is said Meta may end some projects due to inability. Some projects may also be postponed for later time.
In any case, Meta is said to be unlikely to lay off employees of the division, and will focus on other matters. The Reality Labs division itself was previously said to only bring returns around 2030 sometime-due to metamesta development that required research and implementation that ate up years.
Previously, it was rumored that Meta will launch four virtual reality headsets by 2024. Could this planning continue as it was originally, or will we see little change in that planning?
