Apple iOS 16 brings a number of new features, including making it easier for you to move from an old iPhone to a new iPhone-including migrating eSIM-powered cellular networks.
Through a new feature in iOS 16, when you set up a phone for the first time, it also shows the option to transfer eSIM from another iPhone by scanning a QR code - or more easily via the use of Bluetooth.
Whatever it is, as always, the network provider needs to provide support for it.
The introduction of this feature also gives an indication of how in the future we will move from one device to another including cellular networks digitally - without having to apply for a new SIM card.
