Telegram founders are now sharing which they only need about 2.5% to 3% of Telegram Premium paid users so that they can bear the full operating costs of Telegram services.
As of today, Telegram has 700 million monthly active users. Telegram Premium is also their paid service which was also introduced this week, but carries a rather high price – i.e. RM22.99 for a month.
If he manages to get a subscription rate of around 3% regarding this, he will at the same time make Telegram a social service that is fully borne by users without the need to rely on other methods.
Telegram is now looking at several ways to generate revenue to ensure they can continue to operate – including through service subscriptions, as well as advertising on Telegram Messenger.
