The Google Maps Application Now Displays the Air Quality Index

The world has begun to reopen after two years of pandemics. With activity rising again, the old norm of severe air pollution is also returning violently. It is therefore good if the air quality is checked first before doing outdoor activities. Today Google Maps can now display air quality in a built -in app.

This feature is only provided to users who live in the United States first. Access can be done on Android and iOS applications. Air quality index (AQI) data is taken by Google from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and PurpleAir. The AQI is displayed on a scale of 0-400 with the larger the figure the worse the air quality.

After this, Google Mapas will also display information about forest fires that occur near users with the summer has already begun.
