Telekom Malaysia has now announced that they will end the Unifi Community portal on July 22, 2022. After that date, the portal will no longer be accessible, including the content on it.
TM said the move was in an effort to enable users to continue to interact through Unifi's Facebook Page platform or via Twitter.
It was a bit of a surprise for TM to end the Unifi Community which is a reference for many, especially the Unifi community in interacting, asking questions, or sharing the latest tips. What’s more, TM has integrated Digitalme -based login on Unifi Community just last year.
With this move, it may be difficult to share from the Unifi community, and may only have to rely on comments on the Unifi Facebook page. It is also possible that the community will switch to third -party forum platforms such as Lowyat to stay in touch as TM does not provide a discussion platform for the Unifi user community after this.
