CAD Image of 10th Generation iPad Shows Flat-Sided Design Like iPad Air

The base model iPad is the only Apple tablet that still uses the Lightning connector. iPad Pro, iPad Air and iPad Mini already use USB-C connection. Not only that, the iPad is also an Apple tablet that still uses the old design.

A few months ago, the 10th generation iPad was reported to come with an A14 Bionic chip, Retina screen and will also finally use USB-C. But the design is still not sure whether it is old or new. Recently, MySmartPrice has revealed a CAD image of the 10th generation iPad that uses a new design.

This iPad 10 is seen using a flat side design as well as a flat top and bottom like other iPads. But based on this CAD image, the iPad 10 will stick with a thick bezel screen unlike other iPads that have even thin bezels.

This iPad is also seen to still use the Touch ID fingerprint scanner on the chin of the device and not include it on the power button.

For charging, it is still unclear if this iPad will switch to USB-C or Lightning. This tablet is expected to be launched around the end of this year, let's all look forward to it.
