Yesterday's Samsung Odyssey Arc monitor can be categorized as unique, strange and previously considered a less than reasonable idea. But today the Geminos monitor from Mobile Pixels will try to challenge the Arc as the weirdest computer monitor on the market.
Geminos are two 24″ computer monitors that fold up when not in use. Both screens support 1080P resolution with a 60Hz frame rate. It is produced for those who need two monitors arranged like a double-decker bus with only one base to save desk space.
There are inputs for two HDMIs, USB-A, USB-C, an SD card reader and a built-in LAN. A pair of stereo speakers and a 1080P web camera are included on this oddly configured monitor. For those who want a model with better specifications, Geminos X is also offered with a 1440P screen with a 75Hz refresh rate.
The Geminos Monitor is raising funds through the Kickstarter site with the regular Geminos selling for $499 (~RM2228) and the Geminos X for $649 (~RM2898).
