Mark Zuckerberg Sells His Favorite House for USD 31 million, What's Up?

Mark Zuckerberg owns several luxury properties, one of which is a large house in San Francisco and he is often there with his family. But recently, the Facebook founder decided to sell it. What's wrong?

As quoted by us from the New York Post, the house is located in Dolores Heights, San Francisco. Zuckerberg bought it in 2012 for USD 10 million.

Now sold for USD 31 million to an unidentified buyer, the house has become the most expensive place to live in 2022.

The area is about 678 square meters, with four bedrooms and the same number of bathrooms. Regarding the reason why Mark Zuckerberg decided to sell it, there is no definite information. Maybe he wants to live somewhere else, say in Hawaii, where he owns a lot of property.

Mark Zuckerberg also still owns a house in Palo Alto, near the headquarters of Meta, Facebook's parent. Since Meta is actively developing the metaverse, maybe Zuck will be there more often.

The house in San Francisco itself became the scorn of neighbors. That's because it is often rebuilt which causes noise. Then, the car from the house is also often parked carelessly.

"I think we've all been trying to be patient when the house used to be under construction for a long time with the noise, the garbage, the roadblocks and so on," wrote a neighbor at the time.

"Now that all the circus is over, we are faced with 2 silver SUVs that are permanently parked in a good location. Life here is comfortable but difficult when it comes to parking, so Mark Zuckerberg's illegal parking makes the problem worse," he added.
