Prime Minister Ismail Sabri, now shared that he has instructed MARA to continue the MARA Digital project in opening up opportunities for Bumiputera youth to get involved as IT entrepreneurs. As many are aware, IT and technology are the trends of the present, and the future.
MARA Digital has been open since 2015, which is provided as a center for buying IT goods in Kuala Lumpur. Since then, it has been gradually expanded to various states.
The PM said MARA Digital is now available in Shah Alam, Kuantan, Ipoh and several other locations. Interestingly, it will also be expanded to several new places, including in Larkin Johor, Kuala Terengganu, Kota Bharu, Kuching and even Kota Kinabalu.
It is also shared that business and sales are increasing, and traders need MARA's support for promotion, loan assistance, in addition to reduced rental rates.
