So many products are being launched by Xiaomi tonight that it is difficult to write quickly. But one of the most interesting is actually a mini speaker designed specifically for use in the office when conducting teleconference sessions. This speaker looks like a classic Mac Mini with a body made of metal.
An audio grid at the top is paired with a 5W speaker. Four microphones on the top allow audio from 360 degrees to be captured. It can be used with most popular teleconferencing applications.
Connection can be done via bluetooth or wired. With a 3000 mAh battery, it can also work without any power cable. According to Xiaomi, the A35 chip on the speaker can reduce background noise and amplify the sound if it's not loud enough. In China, this mini meeting speaker is sold at a price of RM799 (~RM527) apiece.
