In addition to building electric vehicles, the development of "flying cars" has also been hotly undertaken by various companies over the past decade. China's Volkwagen Group this week unveiled its V.MO air mobility vehicle design, also nicknamed Flying Tiger.
The prototype shown is 11.2x 10.6 meters with eight vertical flight propellers and two pusher propellers for conventional horizontal flight. Flight tests will begin this year Volkswagen aims to be able to fly with four passengers with an operating range of up to 200 kilometers on a single charge.
