Spotify is ready to lead the arena of music streaming and also podcasts. In addition, Spotify has previously taken over the audiobook provider, and today appears to have started offering it to users in the United States.
Called Spotify Audiobooks, the streaming platform offers around 300,000 book titles through it.
In any case, unlike song offerings and even podcasts, for audiobooks, each book needs to be purchased separately, before being able to listen to it. Each book, too, carries a different price.
For now, Spotify only offers it for the United States market, and is expected to gradually expand it to other countries.
