Last May, WhatsApp was reported to be testing the WhatsApp Premium paid subscription feature for WhatsApp Business users.
With this feature, those who do business can use the Linked Device feature of up to 10 devices so that the business can be more easily managed by a team or employees. WhatsApp Premium also allows account owners to present Short Links with business names and no longer with random characters.
WABetaInfo is now reporting that WhatsApp Premium has started rolling out to WhatsApp Business beta users on Android and iOS. But for now only selected countries can test it.
This Short Link feature can be changed every 90 days and can also include an initial message when the customer clicks. Linked Devices is a feature that allows one WhatsApp account to be used on another device without the need for a primary device.
If you want to subscribe to WhatsApp Premium, open the WhatsApp Business settings and those who are eligible or selected will see the subscription option. No clear price has been revealed for now, but on the Play Store – WhatsApp Business lists a price of RM0.49 for an unknown item.
