Cost of living pressures as well as a fluctuating economy are forcing consumers to stop subscribing to some services. This is not helped by the fact that subscriptions to other services have been increased of late. In the United States, an ad-supported plan with a lower subscription fee of $7.99 will be offered starting December 8.
For those who want to save, a year's subscription is $80. This plan is offered as a competitor to the plan offered by Netflix which is also ad-supported. So far ad-supported plans have not yet been offered in Malaysia by Disney+ Hotstar and Netflix.
