The computer display industry is seen to grow again next year where the supply of OLED screen displays under 30 inches in size will increase. OLED panels are typically developed specifically for large-sized panels around 32 inches and above.
MSI has recently unveiled their first QD-OLED display offering named Project 491C, which is a 49-inch super ultra-wide OLED display. For now, all that is known about this display is that it has a refresh rate of 240Hz.
Other details such as resolution and plug support are unknown at the moment, but with AMD saying that the screen displays will come with a resolution higher than 4K with DisplayPort 2.1 support that allows users to get resolution support up to 8K.
For now, it is expected that MSI will introduce this screen display at the CES 2023 event early next year.
