Alphabet will pay employees during the notice period (minimum 60 days).
Alphabet will provide a severance package starting at 16 weeks' salary plus two weeks for each additional year at Google, accelerating the disbursement of allotted shares.
Alphabet will pay out the 2022 bonus and the rest of the leave.
Alphabet will provide 6 months of health care, job placement services and immigration support to those affected.
Outside the US, Alphabet will support employees according to local practice.
