45-year-old billionaire spends USD 2 million to become a teenager

Having a lot of money, this one tech magnate wants to stay young forever. So he doesn't hesitate to spend tens of billions per year to stay young like a teenager.

Bryan Johnson, who is currently 45 years old, is rich after selling his financial company, Braintree Payment, to eBay for USD 800 million. Now every year, he claims to spend USD 2 million per year for the sake of staying young.

He claims that currently his skin is equivalent to that of a 28 year old, then his heart capacity and fitness are equivalent to that of an 18 year old.

No kidding, he has a team of 30 doctors to oversee his health. The goal is for all of his major organs, including his brain, liver, kidneys, teeth, skin, hair, penis and rectum, to function as they would in their late teens.

The program, known as Project Blueprint, requires Johnson to adhere to a strict vegan diet of 1,977 calories per day, one hour of daily exercise, three times a week of vigorous-intensity exercise, and go to bed each night at the same time.

"What I did may sound extreme, but I am trying to prove that 'decay' is not inevitable," Johnson said.

She wakes up at 5 a.m., takes two dozen supplements, works out for an hour, drinks a green juice infused with creatine and collagen peptides, and brushes and flosses her teeth while gargling with tea tree oil and antioxidant gel.

Before going to bed, Johnson wears glasses that block blue light for 2 hours. He also continues to monitor his vital signs and undergoes monthly medical procedures to maintain good health, including ultrasound, MRI, colonoscopy and blood tests.

While sleeping, Johnson was hooked up to a machine that counted the number of nighttime erections. He also measures weight, body mass index, body fat, blood glucose levels, and heart rate variations each day. He really wants to stay young forever.
