CIMB Now Makes It Easy For You To Freeze Your CIMB Clicks Account Directly Through The Application

 


CIMB is now offering an update to the CIMBClicks mobile application, adding a new feature called "Lock Clicks ID".


Through this feature, it allows a CIMBClicks user to freeze their account immediately upon discovering any suspicious activity on their account. This includes allowing you to freeze it if you feel your account is being targeted by fraudsters or scammers.



Anyway, if you freeze your account, you will need to go to the nearest CIMB branch to unfreeze your account, and use it again.


To access it, you just need to go to the Services > Clicks Profile page and select Lock Clicks ID.
