Xiaomi announced MIUI 14 last December along with the launch of the Xiaomi 13 series. At the launch, Xiaomi only revealed the list of the latest devices that will get the MIUI 14 update.
Because of this, owners of old Xiaomi cellphones are wondering whether their cellphones will receive the MIUI 14 update or not. Fortunately, Xiaomiui revealed that several older Xiaomi phones will get MIUI 14.
Xiaomiui regularly reports whenever Xiaomi tests build software for its devices. Including MIUI 14 which has started testing on several older Xiaomi phones, including the Redmi Note 9 series and the Poco M2 series.
According to the Xiaomiui report, these 11 old Xiaomi phones will receive the MIUI 14 update:
Redmi Note 9
Redmi Note 9S
Redmi Note 9 Pro
Redmi Note 9 Pro Max
Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G
Redmi 9
Redmi 10X 4G
Redmi 10X 5G
Redmi 10X Pro 5G

This list is also filled with Xiaomi phones that are exclusive to the Chinese market, namely the Redmi 10X series. However, phones like the Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite 5G and Xiaomi Mi 10i 5G -- which are international variants of the Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G -- are not included in this list.
Most of the Xiaomi phones included in this list have received two MIUI updates and two Android updates. So MIUI 14 will likely be the third and final MIUI update to be received, as quoted from Gizmochina, Wednesday (25/1/2023).
However, it should be noted that these phones will not receive the Android 13 update. The MIUI 14 builds for the Xiaomi phones above will get MIUI 14 based on Android 12.
Apart from the 11 phones above, MIUI 14 will also be available on the latest Xiaomi phones, including the Xiaomi 12 series. Xiaomiui reveals that Xiaomi has started testing MIUI 14 builds for these 10 devices:
