Microsoft today officially announced a long-term partnership with OpenAI, and will involve investing billions of ringgit in the firm. According to expectations, this investment is estimated at around $10 billion.
This investment will be used to further accelerate various innovations in the artificial intelligence arena.
Previously, OpenAI was ready to show the ability to generate images from text under what is called Dall-E, in addition to the ability to provide feedback and generate various texts under ChatGPT.
With this investment, Microsoft also said they will integrate artificial intelligence capabilities into their consumer products. This is probably what we will see in products like Windows, Microsoft Office, etc.
OpenAi will also use Azure as the exclusive cloud platform that powers OpenAI.
