Reasons for Samsung's Galaxy S23 and S23 Plus Camera Design

Samsung Galaxy S23 and S23 Plus still have an identical look to their predecessors. Only the rear camera area has a new design.

On the Galaxy S22 and S22 Plus, Samsung applies the Contour-Cut concept. This design was first introduced in 2021 on the Galaxy S20.

Contour-Cut design makes the camera blend in with its profile. Because it is so iconic many users like it.

Surprisingly, Samsung removed the display on the Galaxy S23 and S23 Plus. This South Korean technology giant has a reason.

"Many users like the look of the Galaxy S22 Ultra camera. So far we have applied it to the Galaxy S23 and S23 Plus," said Elvira Anggraeni, Product Marketing Manager of Samsung Mobile eXPerience, SEIN.
