TikTok today started informing all sellers in Malaysia, where they will implement an additional charge of 2% on all successful sales on their platform.
According to TikTok, this charge will be applied starting March 1, 2023. This additional charge of 2% is on top of the charge of 2.12% which has already been introduced since October 2022.
TikTok says this charge applies to successful purchases and deliveries only, while canceled or returned deliveries will not incur this charge.
For those of you who use TikTok Shop for sales, you may be able to prepare for the introduction of this additional charge.
