Last year, there was a study proving that the Apple Watch is suitable for monitoring the user's stress level. The Apple Watch is equipped with a sensor that can read this data, but users need to use a third-party app to use it.
This feature is important for users who often suffer from stress problems or who exercise to extremes. By using HRV (Heart Rate Variability) data on the Apple Watch, the user's stress level can be read accurately.
Recently the CardioBot application has been updated to display HRV data more clearly, including high or low HRV trend data charts. CardioBot also uses American Heart Association research to provide users with heart health care recommendations.
It's just a pity, to enjoy this interesting feature it's not free. In Malaysia CardioBot can only be fully used if users pay a subscription of RM8.90 per month or RM89.90 per year. Meaning even if you've spent thousands of ringgit on the Apple Watch this feature still needs to be paid for compared to Wear OS watches and health trackers that usually continue to provide this feature for free.
