When playing popular e-sports games such as DoTA, League of Legends, Apex Legends, Valorant and so on, many will say that the screen refresh rate is the most important aspect of the resolution and also the graphics settings to achieve victory.
With this concept, MSI has shown their latest screen display offering, which is the MSI G2712 developed specifically for e-sports games like this. It comes with a 27-inch IPS display with Full HD resolution and a refresh rate as high as 170Hz.
This display comes with a DisplayPort 1.2a plug that allows users to take advantage of the 170Hz refresh rate, while the HDMI 1.4b plug is limited to a 120Hz refresh rate.
For now MSI has not yet confirmed when the MSI G2712 display will go on sale, nor the price tag.
