It's no secret that the first Apple Store in Malaysia will open as early as this year at The Exchange, Tun Razak Exchange. Apple Store Malaysia job vacancies were also opened in December last year. Today according to a Bloomberg report, Malaysia's first Apple Store will open in February 2024. It will be the only Apple Store in Malaysia until at least 2027.
Reports reveal that there are 15 new Apple Store locations to be opened in the Asia Pacific region until 2027. One of them is in Kuala Lumpur, another in India, two in South Korea and another in China. During the same period five more stores were opened in Europe and the Middle East while four more were opened in North America.
A total of 28 existing Apple Stores will be given a new look or changed location to attract more customers. The process of opening more Apple Stores in Malaysia may see the reception for the first. Singapore has three Apple Stores and Thailand has two. With the opening at The Exchange next year, Malaysia will be the 27th country where Apple Stores are located.
