Google Play Books Can Now Teach Kids to Read

Reading is the bridge of knowledge and not reading is the bridge of stupidity. The ability to read should be nurtured from an early age but faces obstacles because modern children prefer to play with smart devices. Recently Google has added a new feature to Play Books which is Reading practice which can train children to read.

Play Books will use the microphone of the phone or tablet to monitor the user's reading. Not only that, this feature can also provide the meaning of a word if it is not understood by the user.

To use this feature, look for the eBook labeled Practice in Play Books. Then press the Practice button to try this feature where the reading will be monitored and how to pronounce a word correctly will be taught by Reading practice. The number of supported ebooks is still limited at this time.
