The government will offer RM200 credit to the youth under the E-Tunai Belia Rahmah initiative. As always, credits will be offered through digital wallets, allowing youth to redeem them and use them for various purposes. For now, the list of selected digital wallets has not yet been announced.
Digital Wallet
The government aims to offer this RM200 credit at the end of June 2023, and in parallel has also shared a list of qualifications for those who can redeem it. To enable you to redeem it, you must be a Malaysian citizen, and be 18-20 years old in 2023 OR have an active status as a full-time student at an educational institution in Malaysia.
Sharing further, the government lists the students of the educational institution concerned who can make up for it if they are not 18-20 years old:

Polytechnic
Public University (UA)/Public Higher Education Institution (IPTA)
Private Higher Education Institutions (IPTS)
Students of educational institutions equivalent to Form 6
Senior Middle 3
Higher Religious Certificate (STAM)
Vocational College Diploma
Diploma and equivalent of TVET institution
Basic Studies (Foundation)/Foundation
A-Level
International Baccalaureate Diploma
Australian Matriculation (AUSMAT) Diploma
advanced Diploma
Bachelor and equivalent
Masters and equivalent
Doctor of Philosophy and equivalent
professional courses at diploma level and above recognized by the Government or professional bodies in Malaysia
