Last week, we reported that an individual from China had attempted to smuggle a large number of SSDs into the country. Recently, another report has come out showing another individual trying to smuggle processing chips into the country.
This individual's modus operandi is not that different when compared to before, where he has wrapped and attached as many as 306 CPU pieces around his body and legs, where the weight of these processing chips is estimated at 15KG.
This caused the smuggler to walk suspiciously, and caused Macau customs to search him for contraband. Similar to previous reports, this individual was seen smuggling these components through the port in Macau as well, before going to China.
The details of the smuggled processing chip are not yet known, but through the images seen, it is seen to have the design of an AMD Ryzen processing chip.
