After two months of Nothing Phone (2) testing Nothing OS 2.5 based on Android 14 and two versions distributed to users, last night the stable version began to be distributed to everyone in stages. The stable version receives some pretty interesting additional features and functions.
This stable version is Nothing OS 2.5.1 with a size of 210MB if you are using the beta version and around 2GB for Android 13 users. Here is a list of the changelog (changelog) offered in this update;

The weather application is improved with a smoother notification system.
The design of the arrow gesture returns to using the Nothing design.
Voice control interface is neater.
Notification tray now supports more quick access icons.
The camera is more stable.
The whole system is more stable.

New widgets:
Pedometer Widget: Track daily travel steps, set daily goals, there is an animation of people walking as an indication.
Media Player Widget: Displays the currently playing music or video.
Screen Time Widget: Manage and monitor daily screen usage.
Use of the new widget requires users to update the Nothing Launcher on the Play Store. The Nothing OS 2.5.1 update will be distributed in stages with beta users receiving it first before regular users. Next year, Nothing OS 3.0 will be introduced with a brand new design. Let's wait together.
