LG And Samsung Reportedly Developing OLED Display For Apple's Latest iPad Pro

A report from The Elec in South Korea today says that LG Display and Samsung Display are developing TFT components for OLED displays used in the latest generation of Apple iPad Pro devices to be launched this year.

The two companies have also reportedly been asked to develop display components for different iPad sizes. LG Display will develop the display for the 13-inch iPad Pro, while Samsung Display will develop the display for the 11-inch iPad Pro model.

So far there have been several rumors about the specifications of the latest generation iPad Pro. Apart from the new generation OLED display, it is also expected to be powered by the Apple M3 processing chip. In terms of other specifications such as memory and storage offerings, it has not been confirmed yet.

In the meantime, Ming-chi Kuo said Apple is expected to introduce the iPad Pro around the second quarter of this year and will further increase sales of iPad devices especially because Apple did not launch any iPad Pro tablets last year.
