Sony announced that the Android 14 update is now available for the Xperia 5 V device. This addition complements two existing Sony devices, namely the Xperia 10 V and the Xperia 1 V. As is well known, the acceptance period must vary by region.
Among the updates provided are LED FLash functionality for notification/alarm purposes, Nearby Share with support for Windows 10 PCs, additional compatibility with the Find My Device app and customizable screen lock shortcuts.
