Since the iPhone 14, the Plus model has been introduced which brings the same size as the iPhone Pro Max model. While the normal model maintains the same size as the Pro model. This continues until the iPhone 15 and later the iPhone 16. But in the future, the iPhone 17 may offer a Plus model with a smaller screen size.
The Plus model so far uses a 6.7-inch screen size. Ross Young did not reveal the exact size of the iPhone 17 Plus, but there are rumors that the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro will use larger screen sizes of 6.3-inches and 6.9-inches. If the iPhone 17 Plus uses a smaller screen size and is no longer the same as the Pro Max, Apple seems to really want to separate the Pro Max model as the flagship model with exclusive features like the iPhone 15 Pro Max.
