Infinix devices indeed offer attractive specifications at an affordable price. It reminds me of Xiaomi once upon a time which also used the same strategy to challenge competitors. Last year, the GT 10 Pro became a solid basic gaming device. This year the Note 40 Pro is a basic device that challenges flagship devices and the latest is the Infinix GT 20 Pro, another affordable gaming device.
This device has already been announced for sale in the Malaysian market soon. While I was reading various posts on Facebook and looking for items on Shopee, a seller who uses an official Infinix distributor started offering the GT 20 Pro at a price of RM1299. In my monitoring, GT 20 Pro so far only has one model which is 12GB RAM + 256GB internal storage. The screen is a 6.78″ AMOLED with a 144Hz refresh rate, the main camera is 108MP + 2MP + 2MP with a 32MP selfie camera, and the speaker is a JBL-tuned stereo type. The battery is 5000mAh with PD3 45W fast charging, it also has IP54 protection and runs the XOS14 operating system based on Android 14.
